Tonight's world news report will partially be written by my input. I will write of the blessed state that the United States of America is by speaking of what we don't have to deal with, for most nations have to deal with groups of radical people. My report today will talk of the nations that are not in the middle east, which is mainly known for unrest.
Guinea-Bissau of west Africa has been in a coup for sometime, and there was a counter-coup that was lead by a militants. Six of them were killed, and they failed to overcome the current coup.
Separatists blow up a car in Thailand at a hotel of the Narathiwat Providence. No deaths were reported. Two other nations that dealt with militants today were Russia and India, and Both nations lead offensive operations.
Russia in a sweeping campaign against "the self-proclaimed Caucasus Emirate," a gang. 49 were killed!
Indian security forces lead an offensive against the Lashkar-e-Toiba militants in Delhi. Two top leaders of the group were killed in a bombing.
The United States has many gangs; although, they abound and are powerful. They do not attack the U.S. military unlike the FARC, attacking Colombia. Other nations are full of unrest and danger at a degree much higher than the United States. I served my full-time 2 year missionary service in Jamaica, and it is full of violence, which is not reported in the major news organizations that I follow. I use to follow a lot more, but I cannot afford to invest the amount of time necessary to cover all the world's events. I do what I should.
I would encourage that we use wisdom especially in this time of election season to preserve the peace that is in this nation. I would see that resolving our economy problems would be key to this cause. This has to come down to a personal level to do what you can from voting in our soon coming election to community participation to further the many causes. There are many things that we can do, but I would like to add that the community starts in the homes of our families.
